Where to buy an Australian Coffee in New York City in 2025

With Australian coffee becoming all the rage, I thought I better jump on the bandwagon and point everyone in the correct direction! So where do you get the best Australian coffee in New York City?

The map below shows all the best cafes and coffee shops in New York City that are either Australian run, Australian owned, or sell fantastic Australian-style coffee.

The difference between “Australian coffee” and “American coffee” is (in my opinion) a focus on quality over quantity. With a strong Italian influence, Australia quickly picked up some trophies for their love and attention to detail in coffee.

So whether it's a flat white, a cappuccino, a latte, or a macchiato, here are all the best locations I've found so far!

Let me know what you think and be sure to comment below if you think I'm missing one!
