With the Voice Referendum polls opening in New York from October 2-13, we’re gearing up our efforts to make sure Aussies in New York turn out to vote at the Consulate, and vote YES!

YES! What better way to celebrate the outpouring of positive support we’ve seen here in New York for the Voice Referendum than to spend a fall evening with a round of drinks and a democracy sausage!

When: Friday, October 13 at 7-11pm

Where: Bar Basic, 71 7th Avenue, Park Slope Brooklyn

What: Cash bar with kitchen menu featuring special democracy sausage

Voters, volunteers and friends are all welcome to this New York-Australian community event hosted by New York for Yes!, Aussies To Go, and Ambá Yoga NYC.
