Room for rent (Williamsburg)

Every so often I’ll post apartments that might have become available through friends of mine to help them out! Here’s one that my friend, Liana, has available in Williamsburg for all of February (1st to 28th).

$1200 for the month, utilities included.

The room itself is a decent size and offers a large walk-in (the real MVP).

Communal space is on steroids, as are the three housemates you’ll be living with (2 gals and 1 guy).

Location can’t be beaten, intersecting Bedford Ave you’re a five-minute walk from the L train and JMZ stops.

Whole Foods AND Foodtown are within walking distance, plenty of gyms, decent coffee/bars/food all close by and without bragging too much you can see the garden of Lucky Dog from our kitchen.

Winner in all regards.

Can be flexible with dates by a couple of days!

Email [email protected] if you (or someone you know) is interested.

If you have something you’d like to share, email me at [email protected]!

I don’t post everything that is sent to me, but if we can catch up and chat (read: have a beer or wine) first I’m happy to help.
