Carla Wells is a writer and journalist from Melbourne, Australia. Since moving to the US in 2011, she has lived in New Jersey, NYC, the Bay Area of San Francisco and currently resides in Pasadena, CA with her husband and two daughters. She hopes to one day be able to order an espresso macchiato from an American barista without them feeling the need to explain that it’s different from the ones at Starbucks!
