Coming from Australia, healthcare in the US is not only different but comparably very complicated.
While most people are lucky enough to move here and have health care included in their employment contract, there are some who aren't. There are also some who would like to understand exactly what to bargain for when they get a new job and what they should and shouldn't include.
Take for example my friend, Nicole, who had an option of saving $5/month on her health care plan, but if she had, she would be $125,000 in debt right now due to simply giving birth to her baby daughter?
So I want to help, but I don't know all the facts (yet). If you do, or know who I could talk to, I would sincerely appreciate you getting in touch so I can have a chat, buy you a drink, and talk through the essentials.
