❤️ Did you find this article helpful? We do this for free, but $3/month from you would make all the difference.

My very good friends are moving to a new apartment in New York (they need some more space) but they have a few months left on their lease. They want to find someone amazing to sublet from them for a few months with an option to takeover the lease. I thought: What better community to ask than America Josh readers!?

1 bedroom apartment in Fort Greene Brooklyn, minutes from the 2345BDNQRCG trains, Fort Greene Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Target and BAM.

Luxury building with elevators, 24/7 concierge and package room. Amenities include lounge, 29th floor gym open 24/7 and rooftop with spectacular views.

Bedroom fits a king sized bed, dresser and has a walk-in robe. Huge kitchen and living area with corner floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony. Full dishwasher and stacked washer/ dryer in apartment. Individually controlled heating and cooling in each room.

Heavily discounted at $4000/ month + utilities (gas and electric). Amenities and internet included for free.

Option for lease take over if you’d prefer, subject to management approval, and it’s rent stabilized! Monthly rent is around $4700.

No smoking, pets welcome with management approval.

I can send more pictures, but check out that view!
