NYC Venues & Things-to-do of the week (February 28, 2018)

It's almost the end of February, and outside it's just a little bit gross. So how about something delicious, something tasty, something fun, and something smart?

Restaurant of the week

This week some friends and I were invited to visit a lovely restaurant in Murray Hill (34th and 3rd)!

Vago is a delicious Italian restaurant in an area of Manhattan that you wouldn't normally stray because it's (to be honest) not normally known for its restaurants. That's why it stands out so well! It's a quiet place, but with fantastic service and delicious food at a good price, I recommend it!

Be sure to ask for Bruce, and tell them you love his work.

Bar of the week

This one is a no-brainer because it's just a really cool bar.

Rocka Rolla is loud, fun, and very reasonably priced for a pint. Nothing more needs to be said.

Local tip of the week

Take an umbrella everywhere for the next month.

You will regret it if you don't.
