New York – Big Aussie BBQ 2024 (SAVE THE DATE)

It's on again in 2024! Join America Josh on Saturday August 17th from 12pm-4pm for a jam-packed day of FUN. Get your hands on an Aussie snag or two before you take to the field for backyard sports & games. Bring your friends and come to make new ones!

The Big Aussie BBQ is an outdoor summer event for the Australian community in New York. Food & beverages will be available to purchase, so come along to support your favorite Australian businesses.

New to the city or coming alone? We'll have backyard cricket, Aussie Rules football, netball and other good old-fashioned activities (thong toss, anyone?) to connect you with our great Aussie community.

Bring your whole family! The venue has a playground complete with water sprinklers for the kids to cool off in, so don’t forget those towels and togs/cossies/bathers. 😎 BYO picnic rugs and portable shade.
