How to play netball in NYC in 2025

Are you a keen netballer? Well, I'm sure that you miss playing now that you've moved here to New York City! Never fear though, there's now a way that you can be called for obstruction (even though you were totally three feet away) all the way over here on the other side of the world.

Manhattan International Netball Club (MINC) is a fun, social and inclusive netball club based in Manhattan, seeking new members!

About the MINC Netball Community

New members are always welcome of all skill levels – come along to a training session to see if you like it. There are a bunch of Aussie ex-pats as well as girls from UK, New Zealand, Singapore and more. They are currently training twice a week (Mondays & Thursdays) on the Upper East Side.

They also post regular updates on Instagram @mincnetball about upcoming trainings and social events! It’s a super laid back group of commonwealth women of all skill levels – all are welcome!

Unfortunately they're not accepting male members at the moment, but are hoping to play some mixed matches in the future so register your interest below as well.

  1. Greetings.

My name is Nini Okey-Uche. I’m a diplomat that just moved to NY in October 2017. I was a serious netball player back in my school days and got back into playing when I was at post in Brussels, Belgium. I’d like to join your club and get playing again…for fun and competitively.

Please tell me all I need to do, what I have to pay and where I need to be on Saturday.

    Thanks.
