Step 1: Complete the Online Visa Application

1. Fill Out Form DS-160: For most non-immigrant visas including E-3 and B-1/2, you need to complete the Online Non-immigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160. Once you've selected a location, you won't be able to easily change it and you can't switch between locations without paying for appointments at each location.
